Hideki Kuroda (President, F.I.A.J, Certified Pension Actuary)
As founder of JP Actuary Consulting, Mr. Kuroda has built a truly independent consulting firm with exceptional expertise on corporate pension plans. Prior to founding JP Actuary, Mr. Kuroda consulted many TQPP and EPF in the pension trust division of Daiwa Bank for many years, and later joined Price Waterhouse Coopers GHRS where he led many important pension consulting projects.
Mr. Kuroda is a member of the Japanese Society of Certified Pension Actuary, and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Keio University.
Toshio Koike (F.I.A.J, Certified Pension Actuary)
Mr. Koike consulted many TQPP and EPE in the pension trust division of Sumitomo Trust Bank for many years, and later joined Price Waterhouse Coopers GHRS and Daiwa Bank where he led many important pension consulting projects. He joined JP Actuary in July 2005
Mr. Koike is a member of the Japanese Society of Certified Pension Actuary and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Niigata University.
Koji Onoda (F.I.A.J, Certified Pension Actuary)
Mr. Onoda was engaged in actuarial work and pension ALMs for many TQPPs and EPFs at Yasuda Trust Bank. Later he joined IIC Partners and Deloitte Touche Tomatsu and led many projects of pension consulting, M&A advisory, and PBO valuations. He joined JP Actuary in October 2005.
Mr. Onoda is a member of the Japanese Society of Certified Pension Actuary and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Osaka University.
Kato Mitsuhiro (F.I.A.J, Certified Pension Actuary)
Mr. Kato was engaged in actuarial work and many TQPPs and EPFs at Mitsubishi Trust Bank. Later he joined Towers Watson where he led many important pension consulting projects. He has been engaged in 4 main fields of retirement and pension consulting (retirement plan design, funding valuation, accounting valuation and investment consulting). He also has experiences on employee benefits fields such as Health Insurance Association. He joined JP Actuary in October 2024.
Mr. Kato is a member of the Japanese Society of Certified Pension Actuary and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Nagoya University.
